How Long Will My Order Take?
All orders taken in by 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are processed that night with most orders sent in to UPS for pickup the next morning - usually by 11 a.m. the next day. All orders received after 6 p.m. (EST) are not processed until the next evening for pickup by UPS the following morning. Once orders are processed (again, with most orders this takes 24 - 48 hours) packages are picked up by UPS and delivery times varies depending on the shipment method selected (UPS Ground taking between 3-4 days, UPS 2nd Day Air taking about 1-2 business days and UPS Next Day Air taking usually only 1 day).
Can I Check on The Status of My Order?
Yes you can. Once an order is made, an email will be sent out to you stating that we have received your order and that it is being processed. Once an item has been sent out for shipping, another email will be sent out stating that your order has been sent out for shipping and a tracking number will be provided as well. If you have signed up for a FREE account with us, you can also log in into your account and check on the "Orders" tab to see the status of your order at any time. If you have any questions concerning your order (such as cancelling, adding to your order or anything else) please feel free to call us during business hours or email us at any time.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Sure. As long as we get your request in time. If you have made your order between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time we usually try to get those orders logged into our UPS account for pickup the following morning (around 11 a.m. EST). Orders received AFTER 7 p.m. EST are not logged into our UPS account until the following evening. As long as you can catch us BEFORE an order has been picked up for delivery, we will do everything within our power to help you out. If it hasn't gone out the door and you have caught us, we will stop or postone your order for you.
I Have Seen Items at Your Store But it Does Not Appear Online
While we do everything we can to put as much of our merchandise online, there will be items that just haven't made it to our online store - yet. We try to put online the products that we think our loyal customers will want to see or order online the most. Because we have such a large variety of items within our physical store, it doesn't leave us a whole lot of room for stocking a large quantity of items within our stockroom. But that doesn't mean we can't get it to you. If you have sees something at our downtown Asheville store and would like to order it online, just let us know and we will do everything within our power to get it to you.
About Our Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, feel free to ship it back to us within 30 days, and we will issue you a store credit that can be used in either our online shop or our Asheville store. Just sent us an email or a phone call to let us know who you are and what you are returning. Of course, if we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to issue a refund or replace the item for you. Any other questions, please contact us!
Lost or Damaged Shipment
We try our darndest to make sure you have a pleasant and fullfilling experieince with us (online and at our Asheville store). However, sometimes stuff just happens. If your order was a result of damage to a package because of shipping, the good folks at UPS will be happy to take of you. Just go to their support page and there you can follow the steps outlines by UPS to receive your refund. If an order is broken because of something that we did, we will be happy to give you a full refund on your order. Just give us a call during our regular business hours or you can always email us and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
We offer UPS as our main method for shipping items to you. Shipping charges are based on UPS standard shipping methods and variables such as, weight, qty, destination, etc. Rates will be shown at checkout before completing your order. We offer the following shipping methods that you can choose from UPS:
UPS Ground • UPS Next Day Air • UPS 2nd Day Air
We also offer the following shipping methods that you can choose from the U.S. Postal Service:
First Class • Priority • Express • Parcel

What Forms of Payments Do You Accept?
We currently accept chickens, pieces of gold doubloons and anything made of chocolate. Just kidding (well, except maybe the part about chocolate - we'll get back to you about that. Mmmmm, chocolate). But as far as everything else is concerned, we currently accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and the Discover Card. Personal checks, money orders, wire transfers or manufacturer's coupons or discounts made by the manufacturers of products that we sell are not accepted. All credit card transactions are secure and are sent via a secure server line for authorization.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
At this time, we will not be issuing or accepting gift certificates as payment on our website. We do have gift certificates available (in any value) for purchase and redemption in our Asheville store. Please check back with us, as we will hopefully be able to offer online gift cards in the near future.
